At RHK we offer a variety of training programs to help you succeed in your goals with your furry friend. We focus on helping you develop and strengthen your bond. We do this by helping you understand how a dog's brain works and teaching you a large and varied "tool box" of training skills. This tool box includes video and social group support such as FaceBook to help owners learn. This is not required it is just offered. We keep things fun for both dog and owner because training should be joyful. Happy dog, happy family.

All of our trainers at RHK are highly educated in animal and human behavior. They have a variety of degrees and certifications in this field. Their expertise is continued to be honed through more education and trials and competitions. Trainers who earn titles with their dogs are of the highest level of being a dog trainer. This hones their problem solving capability and allows them to empathize with owners over stressful situations with their dog.

Dream Dog
Dream Dogs are rock solid in their obedience both on lead and off lead. They are able to preform their skilled obedience in any environment no matter the distractions. They also have one or two advanced skills such as retrieving and precision heeling off lead. At the end of the course the dog and handler will be able to start to compete for their AKC Canine Companion Dog Title.
Family companion
This is what we expect out of our basic obedience dogs. At the end of the course they will be able to take and pass the Canine Good Citizen's Test.
