Occasionally we provide service dogs and service dogs to clients who meet our requirements. We can also provide dogs and training for ESAs and Therapy work. Please give us a phone call to find out more.
Service Dogs are dogs that preform a specific trained task to assist their handler in the quality of life. They are permitted public access. Although not required we recommend keeping the doctor's prescription and a copy of the ADA laws in your wallet and getting an Assistance Dogs International certification.
An emotional support animal is a pet prescribed by a doctor to improve a patience quality of life. They are a pet, not a service animal. They are not trained with specific tasks such as guiding the blind. They are just a pet. They are not allowed public access. The prescription is medical in nature and just assists the patients in being allowed to have a pet where they live.
Therapy dogs are trained dogs in at least basic obedience and have a very social nature. They are not allowed public access but are invited into areas such as hospitals to brighten patients lives during their stay.
